Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Haynes Manuals apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure your garments have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
